The purpose of the position
We are looking for a Manager, Digital Platforms for the entire entertainment sector of Groupe CH (evenko, Osheaga, Ile Sonic, Francos de Montréal, Festival International de Jazz, Lasso, Montréal en Lumières, etc.).

Responsible for overseeing the digital evolution roadmap and promoting the offerings of CH Group events and festivals, he contributes to sales support and ensures continuous improvement of the user experience. It is supported by a team of 4 people to provide an attractive, memorable and unique experience.

You will be recognized
All in all he / she:

  • In collaboration with the marketing, CRM and ticketing strategies, it recommends digital strategies (website, mobile app) to support our events and festivals:
    • Plans digital experience and coordinates online events and programming to support announcements, presales, ticket sales
    • Defines the experience before the event / event / after the event
    • Monitors campaigns and characteristics, establishes key success factors (kpi) in collaboration with marketing and digital colleagues.
    • Coordinate the development of performance reports in collaboration with the CRM / data analysis team.
    • It issues SEO recommendations, monitors their implementation and works in collaboration with colleagues in digital marketing for the SEM strategy.
    • Offers recommendations, support plan for less efficient ticket sales / passes.
  • It monitors the evolution of the experience on mobile sites and applications (roadmap)
    • Analyzes, measures and recommends improvements and new features to eliminate user-run friction and improve conversions
    • With its business partners, it defines needs, analyzes impact, costs and schedule
    • Monitors desired UX / UI experience
    • Coordinate requirements with the development team
  • As needed, he collaborates in setting up shows, events and programs for our various venues and festivals at CMS Online.

We want to introduce you if you have the following qualifications:

  • Diploma in marketing, digital media communications, DESS in e-commerce or any relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
  • Experience in team management and good leadership
  • Roadmap definition and lag management
  • Experience in different digital platforms and CMS.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager
  • Mastering best SEO practices
  • Positive leadership and unifying temperament; ease of teamwork
  • Great sense of organization and sense of priorities
  • Proactivity and adaptability to change
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, advantage
  • Experience in the entertainment industry, advantage;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
