Regulations are not always followed correctly
Some domestic or foreign manufacturers comply with applicable regulations for creation and sale puffs. On the other hand, other products that have not been reported to the French authorities are also available to the public, without complying with regulations:
- Selling online allows underage teenagers to buy puffs. However, the law prohibits the sale of vaping products to minors;
- There is a strong promotion of poufs on social networks that are mostly visited by young people. However, advertising and promotion of this type of product is strictly prohibited;
- Nicotine levels sometimes exceed the limit (20 mg / mL) set by the French authorities.
Puff and surroundings do not mix
In addition to many health hazards, puff, cigarette electronically and disposable, is a huge new source of waste. Indeed, it must be sorted in certain places:
- At the dump;
- In a box for used batteries;
- In the electronic waste box.
These are places that are often difficult to access, which complicates the process of sorting waste generated by poufs.
