About a positive workplace, the label Made in France CSR
While most non-financial ratings are based on the provision of documents / charters / indicators, Positive Workplace has revolutionized this market by developing a single program that allows it to prevent the concept of green laundering. The methodology examines interested foreign organizations and positions them as witnesses of its obligations towards socially responsible business through anonymous questionnaires that make up 50% of the rating.
The labeling program takes place in two phases over a period of two to four months:
CSR diagnosis of management models, activities, environmental impact, social orientation and territorial footprint – through a digital platform. Survey of the three most important stakeholders (employees, customers and suppliers) using anonymous questionnaires, the results of which enable the validation of the company’s level of responsibility and obtaining a 1 to 3 star rating. The positive job label is valid for 3 years with an annual audit of progress.
