JOB DESCRIPTION
As a web marketing and multimedia integration technician, you are responsible for creating and integrating web content taking into account best practices that promote an optimal user experience and respect for our brand image. You are also collaborating to support digital transformation.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and integrate web models in line with best branding and UX / UI practices and present them to a variety of stakeholders
  • Integrate different content (texts, photos, videos) on digital platforms
  • Ensure the implementation of digital marketing projects and coordinate their technical implementation in accordance with performance indicators and deadlines, using project management tools (Gantt, Wrike)
  • Develop and monitor digital development sprints with internal teams and external vendors (programming for specific characteristics) and perform quality tests
  • Maintain consistency between user travel offered on the web and information flow management, as well as support the Hubspot team
  • Track SEO and SEM projects with internal team and external vendor
  • Participate in the development of promotional digital tactics
  • Generate performance reports according to established marketing indicators and participate in monitoring the analysis of reports (Google Analytics, Power BI)
  • Follow the offer of the faculty and suggest ways to improve it in accordance with the goals of marketing communication

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree (DEC) with a relevant field of specialization, especially in multimedia integration or graphic design, combined with work experience that the Faculty considers relevant
  • Experience in performing web marketing projects (from model to delivery)
  • Knowledge of written and oral French (beginner level) and knowledge of English (beginner level)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 packages and Adobe Creative Cloud packages (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Mastery of WordPress, Elementor
  • Have a good knowledge and understanding of UX / UI best practices
  • Analytical experience and knowledge: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager

PROPERTY

  • Participated in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and have experience in setting up employment cycle mapping
  • Knowledge of project management tools: Wrike, Gantt
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools: Hubspot, CRM / Sales Pro, Mailchimp
