In this process, the former students of the RUSAL scholarship in 2011 and 2018, through a video shown during the ceremony, expressed their complete satisfaction with the training they received in Russia in their fields, but at the same time encouraged the new winners on behalf of this year 2022 to show seriousness. in this adventure. This is the case of Alpha Bacaro Barry, Minister of Technical Education and Training. “I thank RUSAL for the opportunity they offer these young people who are full of ambition to complete their higher education in Russia and return to serve their country. I would also like to express the government’s commitment to Guinean education. For us, this transition will be successful if we finally succeed in putting education at the center of interest of the Guinean state. Why? Because it is this approach that will ensure Guinea’s development, autonomy and complete independence. It is this approach that will allow the people of Guinea to live in better conditions. The message I have to tell you, dear students, is that you are going to study in Russia. So you are going to represent Guinea, you are obliged to respect the laws, but also the customs of the host country. Go and pursue your studies, get your diplomas and come back to serve your country. But you cannot achieve all this if you do not put coherence and unity in your approach. You leave at fifty, you have to come back at fifty,” he advised.
Head of RUSAL Guinea, Alexandre Larionov, congratulated the lucky winners before encouraging them to take advantage of the training. “First of all, I would like to sincerely congratulate the winners. All costs associated with the flight, accommodation and education of Guinean students, as well as the payment of their scholarships during the entire study cycle, are borne by our company. RUSAL invests more than 3 million dollars in the education of Guinean doctors. I would like to thank all our Guinean partners, the management of Gamal University, everyone who contributed to the success of all stages of the RUSAL 2022 scholarship competition in Guinea. I want to wish the winners success in their studies. Be diligent and persistent in order to use one hundred percent of the luck you have today,” started Alexander Larionov.

Because this is an opportunity not to be missed. I thank RUSAL for everything they do for Guinea,” said Mohamed Bamba Camara.
